Exchange

At Botanique, we stand by the quality of our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 7-day exchange policy, provided that the item is returned to us in its original condition, including:

1. It must be in its original packaging.
2. The seal of each product must remain undamaged.
3. The packaging of the product should not be altered with.

Please note that items purchased during a sale cannot be exchanged or returned unless you receive a product that doesn’t match your order. Here’s how you can exchange an item:

1. Email us at sales@botanique.pk to request an exchange.
2. Clearly state the reason for the exchange, and make sure to include your order number and the names of the items you wish to exchange in the email.
3. Send the item back to us in its original packaging with the seal intact to our address:
4. We will send your chosen replacement item to your address.
5. Please note that you will be responsible for any applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment.

Return

Botanique is committed to your satisfaction. We will fully refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty or damaged. If you change your mind about the products you’ve ordered and no longer wish to use them, you can return the products for a refund under the following conditions:

1. Products must be unopened and in their original condition.
2. Products must be returned within 7 days from the original receipt of goods.
3. Your proof of purchase/order information must be included with the return.

Here’s how you can return an item:

1. Take pictures of the damaged or faulty items that need to be returned.
2. Email us at sales@botanique.pk to request a return and attach the pictures of the product.
3. Clearly state the reason for the return, and be sure to include your order number and the names of the items being returned in the email.
4. Send the item back to us in its original packaging with the seal intact to our address:
5. We will provide you with a coupon of the same value as your returned item.
6. Please note that you will be responsible for any applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an order, please inform us as soon as possible. We typically ship orders within 24 hours, so early notification is crucial. Cancellation eligibility depends on whether your order has been shipped. Items are usually shipped within one business day, so it’s important to notify us immediately. To request an order cancellation, please reach out to Botanique Customer Services at orders@botanique.pk, call or message us on WhatsApp us at +92-328-2314573.

Please note that once an order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
